By creating an account or using the CRYPSQUAD platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Risk Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and permitted to use cryptocurrency-related software in your jurisdiction to use CRYPSQUAD.
CRYPSQUAD provides software that helps users automate predefined, rule-based trading strategies through their own connected cryptocurrency exchange account. CRYPSQUAD does not manage user funds, provide investment advice, or act as a broker-dealer.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and exchange API keys. Withdrawal access is never required to connect an exchange account to CRYPSQUAD, and users should never grant it.
Access to the platform is provided on a subscription basis, billed monthly based on a 30-day billing period. Exchange trading fees are charged separately by the respective exchange and are not included in the subscription price.
CRYPSQUAD makes no representation or warranty regarding the performance of any strategy. No guaranteed returns, profits, or specific outcomes are offered or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CRYPSQUAD is not liable for trading losses, market movements, exchange downtime, or third-party actions arising from your use of the platform.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. CRYPSQUAD may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or applicable law.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
